CITY GARDEN

CITY (BROOKLYN) GARDEN

Compost Bin, made from recycled lumber was the first landmark of the yard

The space was completely overgrown with rhizomes and weeds.
The cleaned up Garden.

HISTORIC EXEMPTION FILING REQUIREMENTS






The NYCECC has instituted new filing requirements for projects seeking a Historic District or Property exemption.

Projects seeking to use 101.4.2 clauses will need to include all ECC notes and addenda prior to filing with the Landmarks Preservation Commission.
